	Chris Scoville - President Chris is both President and Owner of Scoville Jewelers. A lifelong resident of the Glens Falls area Chris has worked in the jewelry business for over 30 years, and has owned and operated Scoville Jewelers for the past 20 years. Scoville Jewelers has become well known for the finest diamond quality. Chris travels to Antwerp to hand select only the best and most beautiful diamonds to sell at the store. Chris takes great pride in all his custom designs and works closely with his team of professionals to provide great customer service and satisfaction. Chris is also active in the community and is an avid supporter for the continued growth and prosperity of downtown Glens Falls.
	Debra Vales - Vice President Debra is Co-Owner of Scoville Jewelers. With a interior decorating background, Debra creates the lavish window displays you see here at Scoville Jewelers. A 25 year employee, she has designed custom jewelry and is a major buyer for the store. Her unique taste and eye for elegance helps distinguish Scoville’s jewelry.		Dawn Thomas - General Manager Dawn manages the store’s day-to-day activities, as well as the accounting department. She has help build Scoville’s extraordinary customer service with continued education, while motivating and encouraging all Scoville employees to succeed.
	Elizabeth Cassidy -Marketing & Administrative Specialist Elizabeth has a BA in Speech Communications and five years experience in the Public Relations field. Her responsibilities range from organizing all in store promotions, overseeing media purchasing and managing ad campaigns.		Jaime Rose Underwood. - Gemologist & Repair Shop Foreman & Custom Designer Jaime is a trained gemologist graduating from the Gemological Institute of America as the youngest in her class. She is responsible for running the repair shop, creating custom designed pieces, along with doing all in store appraisals.
	Jim Arzoumanian - Jeweler Jim has over 20 years experience as a jeweler and is certified in GIA Jewelry Repair/Setting 2 and GIA Advanced Stone Setting. Jim is an expert in fine finishing and polishing of gold, silver, and platinum.		Kimberly Deyette - Sales Support Kim helps our organized and efficient sales staff stay on track. Her responsibilities are helping with customer paperwork, doing inventory of Scoville product and following up on customer jobs. This comes easily to her with 16 years of customer service experience.
	Tammy McAuley - Sales Consultant & Buyer & Hearts on Fire Brand Ambassador Tammy is one of Scoville’s strongest sales consultants. She earned a BA in Marketing and is a GIA Diamonds graduate. Tammy constantly continues her education and has also attended Hearts on Fire University and several IJO seminars. Having worked for Scoville’s for many years she has built up her customer base by her knowledge of jewelry and experience in the business.		Jennifer Hazelton - Sales Consultant Jennifer is the newest member to the Scoville Sales team. A local girl with 5 years sales experience in advertising, Jenn is excited to start her education in the Jewelry industry. Having strong relationship building skills has quickly helped Jenn establish a growing clientele.
	Maureen Whittaker - Sales Consultant & Buyer & Hearts on Fire Brand Ambassador Maureen has worked as a merchandise buyer for several years for women’s apparel. She now brings her knowledge and experience to the expanding Scoville Boutique. From classic to trendy Maureen is the person to help style your wardrobe.		Jeannie Cooper - Sales Consultant & Hearts on Fire Brand Ambassador Having a background in sales and management in the jewelry industry, Jeannie has brought 30 years of expertise to share with her coworkers. Building customer relationships and pleasing her customers is what Jeannie has enjoyed about working in this field.
	Casey Scoville - Jeweler & Custom Jewelry Designer Casey attended the New Approach School and participated in their Wax Carving and Stone Setting programs. Casey’s creativity and talent have helped customers create one of a kind pieces they will wear and treasure for a lifetime. Casey is also trained in one of the industries newest advances, the laser jewelry welder.		Laurie Bayan - Sales Support Laurie’s first job as a young adult was here at Scoville Jewelers. After a career in the insurance industry, Laurie has come back to help support our sales staff. She helps run the watch repair department, as well as expedites customer paperwork.
